Hi, I'm Cara, a Dublin small wedding, couples and family photographer - capturing surprise proposals, engagements and fun filled small weddings and micro weddings.

I love to capture timeless wedding portraits alongside completely natural, effortless documentary style moments. I'll be on the look out for quiet moments of connection alongside the atmosphere of an intimate wedding venue to create images with a cinematic, vintage inspired feel.

I am definitely open to unusual requests and adventures - so if you want to do a pub crawl in your wedding dress around Temple Bar or get married on a sheep farm, I'll be there!

The joy of a small wedding that has all the elegance of a big wedding but just...smaller and sometimes more intimate.

Setting off from the Merrion Hotel, with a ceremony at No. 5 South Leinster Street, followed by a tour of the National Gallery of Ireland for bride and groom portraits, and then off to the Gingerman Pub for a pint of Guinness. Or, ceremony at Dublin Maritime Museum, followed by couples' wedding portraits on Dunlaoghaire Pier.

You can often find me on family and couples sessions in Booterstown, Blackrock, Stillorgan, Dundrum, Ballsbridge, Monkstown, Dunlaoghaire and Dalkey Village - but I travel all over Dublin, and beyond, weddings are no different!

How long do you shoot for?

My wedding photography packages typically start from 2.5 hours for the mini session, delivering a fully edited gallery of up to 100-130 photos. For an 8-hour package, you’ll receive up to 350 images. I prioritize quality over quantity, but if a photo adds to the story, I will add it into the gallery!

What parts of the wedding do you photograph?

I capture all the key moments of your day, from the scene-setting little details and preparations - to the ceremony along with all the emotions! I'll document intimate portraits of the bride and groom, as well as the reception and evening celebrations.

What is your wedding photography style?

My style is a blend of documentary storytelling and fine art wedding portraits of bride and groom, and of course, family and friends. As a family and baby photographer, I love to make sure guests of all ages are captured as honestly as possible. I focus on capturing the natural flow of your day, with authentic moments that reflect its spirit. While I don’t specialize in formal group shots with very large lineups, I love to create traditional group portraits.

I love seeking out beautiful light and gorgeous backdrops to create timeless, romantic couple portraits during your wedding day.
